Conflict leaves people feeling trapped, reducing their ability to think and talk clearly while leaving their intellect and senses intact. People in conflict become defensive, suspicious and self protective. This makes it difficult for them to make themselves understood and less able to see outside their own interpretation of the situation they are in and consider another's point of view.

Camden Mediation was founded in 1994. Since then we have supported thousands of people experiencing conflicts.

We have a large group of trained and experienced mediators able to work within a wide variety of conflict situations. All mediators are trained and appraised to ensure a quality service.

training

We offer Open College Network accredited training in mediation and a range of short courses in conflict and communication, delivered by highly skilled and qualified trainers.

consultancy

We can provide organisations who have particular conflict intervention requirements with, for example, in-house training; group facilitation; and help developing their use of mediation.
